This 16-hour continuing education live fire course is designed for medical professionals, fire rescue, EMS, law enforcement, and government agencies. The course introduces evidence based BLS and ALS, life saving techniques and strategies for increasing survivability in a mass casualty and active shooter Incidents. The NAEMT course is national accredited and graduates will receive 16 continuing education hours certification valid for four years.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT: Each student must bring a furnished rifle and pistol, each with a minimum of two magazines. A belt with a holster and magazine pouches is required, along with proper eye and ear protection. For Day 1, students must bring at least 300 rounds of ammunition per firearm. For Day 2, simunitions will be provided by MCSO.
